Here's a view of the other side of the converted warehouse 13 that I showed you here. The black object in the foreground must remain one of life's mysteries, that is to say, I don't know what it is.
I'm a bit late to the party given that you took this photograph in 2012, but I can confirm that the object sticking up in the foreground is a ventilation stack serving an access shaft to the large tunnel which transfers West Hull's sewage to the new(ish) wastewater treatment works at Saltend.
